These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickPro Websites' services and website. By purchasing a website package or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our services.

1. Services Offered

QuickPro Websites provides professional website design and digital marketing services for Texas-based tradespeople and contractors, including:

Website design and development (delivered within 48 hours)
Custom domain registration and hosting (1 year included)
Logo design
Local SEO setup and optimization
Google Business Profile integration
Monthly add-on services (SEO, social media, reputation management, etc.)

All services are provided as described on our website at quickprowebsites.com.

2. Pricing and Payment

Website Packages: Pricing is listed on our website and is non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Add-On Services: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 5 days before the renewal date.
Payment: Payment is due upfront for one-time services. Monthly services are billed on the date of purchase each month.
Late Payments: If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services and remove your website from the internet.

3. Website Delivery Timeline

48-Hour Delivery: QuickPro Websites will deliver your website within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving all required information from you.
Your Responsibility: You must provide complete and accurate information, including business name, contact details, services offered, service areas, and any photos or content. Incomplete information may delay delivery.
Rush Orders: If you do not provide required information on time, delivery may be delayed. QuickPro Websites is not liable for delays caused by late client submission of materials.

4. Website Ownership and Rights

Your Website: You own the website domain and content once payment is made in full. However, QuickPro Websites retains ownership of the website design, code, and any custom graphics created for you.
Your Content: You own any text, photos, or other content you provide to us. You grant QuickPro Websites a non-exclusive license to use this content on your website.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the website design or code without written permission from QuickPro Websites.
Portfolio Use: QuickPro Websites may display your website as a portfolio example on our website and in marketing materials (with your business name and results). You can request removal at any time.

5. Domain and Hosting

Domain Registration: Your domain is registered in your name for 1 year, included with all packages. After 1 year, renewal costs apply (typically $10-15/year).
Hosting: Your website hosting is provided for 1 year, included with all packages. After 1 year, renewal costs apply (typically $60-80/year).
Renewal: It is your responsibility to renew your domain and hosting. QuickPro Websites will send reminders but is not liable if you miss renewal deadlines and lose your domain or website.
Transfer: You may transfer your domain to another provider at any time. QuickPro Websites will provide transfer codes if requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

QuickPro Websites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
QuickPro Websites' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
